Download Data

Go to the Data Portal > Choose a species > Find the dataset type > Download the file.

Available Datasets

The Data Portal provides genome assemblies, gene annotations, TE annotations, protein sequences, CDS sequences, transcript sequences, and homolog/ortholog tables for C. rubella, C. orientalis, and C. grandiflora.

Use Downloaded Files

Download the relevant dataset > Open it in a compatible genomics tool > Filter or Analyze records by species, chromosome, position, ID, type, or annotation attributes.
